About

About Advanced Epoxy Coatings

We install floor coating systems for homeowners, businesses and industrial facilities—from garages and workshops to kitchens, auto shops, warehouses and plants. The same rule applies everywhere: understand the concrete before choosing the finish.

Real project · active buildout

How we make recommendations

  • Exposure before appearance

The system is chosen for what the floor endures. Color and finish are chosen within that.

  • Test, then commit

Moisture and adhesion are checked before a system is confirmed, not assumed.

  • Everything in writing

Preparation method, products, thickness, schedule, cure times and exclusions are stated in the proposal.

  • Say no when it is wrong

If a coating is the wrong answer, or the job is outside our scope, the reply says so plainly.

What we publish, and what we do not

This site does not show stock images presented as our work, reviews we cannot verify, or credentials we have not documented. Completed projects will be added only with the client’s permission. Ask for registration and insurance documents with any proposal you receive, from us or anyone else.

Where we work

Chicago and Cook County, Lake County in Northwest Indiana, and Kenosha and Racine counties in Wisconsin. We have no location in Indiana or Wisconsin; work there is scheduled as travel from the Chicago area.

Questions people ask

How do you decide whether a floor should be coated?

We look at the slab, moisture risk, contamination, movement, exposure and closure window before recommending a finish.

Will you say when epoxy is the wrong answer?

Yes. Active moisture, structural movement, unsuitable substrates or unrealistic downtime can make another flooring approach the better investment.

Why are completed-project claims limited right now?

The site avoids borrowed portfolios and unsupported numbers. Project records will be added only when the work, permission and details can be verified.
