Privacy notice
This notice explains what the website collects and why. Last updated October 25, 2026.
Information you provide
The quote form asks for the ZIP code and details of the floor, your company or property name, your name and email address, and optionally photos, a share link, a phone number, a budget note and other notes. We use this information only to review your request and reply to it. We do not sell it.
Photos can contain location data embedded by your camera. If you prefer not to share it, turn off location tagging or remove it before uploading. Share links may be hosted by another service under that service’s privacy terms.
Information stored in your browser
To protect your progress, the form saves your answers in your browser’s session storage and your photos in your browser’s local database while you work. This data stays on your device until you send the request. Session storage is cleared by your browser when you close the tab. Saved photos are deleted when your request is sent, when you choose "Clear form", or the next time the form is opened after the tab was closed or more than 24 hours have passed.
When you choose "Send request," the information and any photos you added are transmitted to the website’s hosting and form provider, Netlify, so the request can be reviewed and answered. Do not upload anything that is not needed to evaluate the floor.
Usage measurement
The form prepares simple events, such as starting the form, completing a step or trying to send it, for measuring where people have trouble. These events contain no names, email addresses, phone numbers, ZIP codes, notes or photos. At present they stay in your browser: no analytics or advertising tool is loaded, nothing is sent to us, and the site sets no cookies. This notice will be updated before any measurement tool is added.
Questions and requests
To ask what information is held about your request, request a correction or request deletion, use the quote form, choose email as the reply method and write "Privacy request" in the notes. Do not attach photos to a privacy request. A direct public privacy-contact address will be added after the owner confirms it.
