Questions and answers

Do you publish prices?

No. Preparation, moisture, repairs and access change the cost more than floor area does. The pricing page explains what drives the number and how to compare quotes.

Do I have to send photos?

No. You can upload photos, paste a share link or continue without either. If you have them, a wide shot and close-ups of damage, joints or drains help make the first reply more specific.

Can I talk to someone before filling out the form?

Requests start with the form so the details and photos arrive together. If you would rather discuss it by phone, add your number in the contact step and choose phone as your reply method.

How long does a floor coating take to cure?

It depends on the system, product and temperature. Polyaspartic systems often allow foot traffic within hours; epoxy and urethane cement usually need longer. Cure times for foot traffic, vehicles and chemicals are stated in the proposal. See planning downtime.

Can you coat over an existing coating or tile?

Sometimes over a sound, well-bonded coating after preparation; rarely over tile. Most failed floors need the old material removed. Old tile and mastic may need asbestos testing first.

Do you test for slab moisture?

Moisture testing is part of the site assessment before a system is confirmed. Methods include in-situ relative humidity probes (ASTM F2170) and calcium chloride tests (ASTM F1869). See moisture testing.

Can work happen at night or over weekends?

Work can often be phased around operations, including nights and weekends, where the building and the chosen system allow. Tell us your constraints in the form.

Do you work in Indiana and Wisconsin?

Yes, in Lake County, Indiana and in Kenosha and Racine counties, Wisconsin. Porter County and other neighboring counties are reviewed case by case. We have no location in either state; work there is scheduled as travel from the Chicago area. See service areas.

Do you coat residential floors?

Yes. Residential work includes garages, workshops, basements, laundry rooms and similar concrete spaces. Start with the residential flooring guide; the slab still needs the same honest preparation and moisture review as larger projects.

What about warranties?

Warranty terms depend on the system, the manufacturer and the slab conditions found on site. Any warranty offered is set out in writing in the proposal.

Tell us about the floor

The quote form takes a few minutes. It asks for the ZIP code, floor area and current condition. Add photos, paste a share link or send visuals later—it is your choice.
